JIMMY'S ON THE MALL RICE PILAF. 1 1/2 cups raw rice (preferably UNCLE BEN'S®) 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter. 2 (15 oz. ea.) cans chicken broth. 1/2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, chopped. 1 medium onion, chopped. 3 chicken bouillon cubes. Combine all ingredients in large saucepan. Cover and simmer over medium heat for 25 minutes, until rice is soft ...We started with 2 appetizers, a shrimp cocktail and fried calamari. Shrimps were under season itself, and the cocktail sauce was ok, but didn't help much. Fried calamari were just too deep into batter and seems to be fried and a very hot oil, the outside it's brown while the inside feels undercooked. HOURS.
